  Sitting here now and it's been about an hour and still no food. Have had our glasses now refilled 3 times. They came back after 25 minutes of putting our order in and and said they ran out of beef for the Beef Dip sandwich. So then I ordered the chicken sandwich instead and they brought out everyone else's food in our party except mine. My family's food was clearly sitting in the window for 10 plus minutes cause all their food is dried out and fries were cold. Not to mention it is winter and the air conditioning was blasting non stop and they said it was broken. How in the hell is it broken if it's blasting? Complete incompetence and lack of leadership! Service is just okay... Literally one of the worst experiences in a restaurant ever.

  Simply the best in terms of atmosphere and food quality and quantity. Try the pizza ( I like the Mama Meata) with a salad is unforgettable. Try sitting on the patio when the weather permits, a beautiful view of the city.
